You should really check out Pan Grill-it. Cast iron cooking is the healthier way to cook. I remember my Grandmother and my Mother always cooking with a cast iron skillet. Some really memorable meals. I have the pan grill-it and use it all the time. Grills up some really tastey meats and vegetables.
