Grilled Ahi Tuna Steaks PG-Style


Grilled Ahi Tuna Steaks
Ingredients
2-8 oz yellow fin tuna steaks

Marinade:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Add marinade ingredients in a shallow glass dish (9 X 13).

Marinate steaks in the above ingredients in the fridge for 30 minutes, 15 minutes on both sides. Preheat the skillet or griddle and The PanGrillit™ on high heat for 10 minutes.
